Refund Policies

The Kanata Dragons AC refund policy has to take into consideration changes to our soccer programming and additional expenses due to the global pandemic.  

The amount of a refund will depend on the criteria listed below.  

  • Uniform and ball received
  • How many weeks into our season
  • Amount paid

Refunds prior to our season starting can be requested with a $20 administrative fee (assuming no uniform and ball has been received at this time).

Below is an estimate of what refunds will be available based on the registration fee paid and when requested.

Winter Program Refunds

Withdraw before January 12th - full amount is returned minus a $25 administration fee

Withdraw on January 13th to February 1st - 50% of registration fee is returned

Withdraw on February 2nd or later, no refund

August Program Refunds

Withdraw before July 31st - full amount is returned minus a $25 administration fee

Withdraw on August 1st - August 8th - 50% of registration fee is returned

Fall Program Refunds

Withdraw before October 15st - full amount is returned minus a $25 administration fee

Withdraw on October 16th to November 5th- 50% of registration fee is returned

Withdraw on November 6th or later, no refund
